What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies and act as a talent advisor for AMER leadership.
  • Build proactive pipelines for diverse roles using deep market expertise and extensive networks.
  • Partner with AI agents and generative tools to automate manual tasks and optimize outreach workflows.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source efficiency to drive operational decisions.
  • Lead strategic employer branding initiatives to elevate the company's profile in the AMER market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Compensation.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic problem solving and autonomous resolution of complex organizational issues.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills based on a deep understanding of value propositions.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered sourcing environments and LLMs for complex boolean logic and market mapping.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate evolving technological and organizational landscapes.
  • Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license.
