What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies for engineering, customer success, and GTM teams.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for B2B SaaS and federal software platforms.
• Drive outbound sourcing campaigns to build diverse pipelines for niche, specialized technology roles.
• Act as a talent advisor to senior leadership, providing market intelligence and compensation benchmarking.
• Manage the end-to-end operational flow from intake meetings to offer negotiations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth venture-backed startups or B2B SaaS.
• Strong structural understanding of defense technology, SaaS, PaaS, or GovTech landscapes.
• Advanced capability in talent mapping and high-conversion cold outreach.
• Experience using modern recruitment platforms such as Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse.
• US citizenship likely required due to government contract requirements.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Ashby ATS.
• Technical Recruiter or Agile Scrum certifications.
• Strong interest in national security matters.
