What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters, focusing on quality of screening and professional growth.
- Partner directly with CPO, Head of Engineering, and CISO to align recruiting strategies with business goals.
- Standardize technical interviewer training and implement practical calibration programs.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting strategy, including sourcing, timelines, and quality thresholds for engineering, product, and security.
- Manage high-volume and high-complexity candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical recruiting, including at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Proven experience supporting an engineering organization through significant scaling phases.
- Experience building interview committees, training programs, or calibration frameworks from scratch.
- Strong ability to maintain high talent bars and provide data-driven pushback to stakeholders.
- Expertise in closing candidates competing against FAANG or late-stage pre-IPO companies.
- Must be based in the United States.
