What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to understand digital product needs and foster strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to drive project success.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges to ensure project continuity.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or business relationship management within the IT sector.
• Proven experience managing software development projects, ideally in a digital product environment.
• Strong understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and its technology needs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Based in or around Mexico City (CDMX).
