What you will do

• Manage marketing and creative projects from intake through delivery, maintaining clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to align on scope, priorities, and deadlines.
• Oversee creative intake and production workflow: ensure briefs are complete, consolidate feedback, track revisions, and deliver final assets accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting; monitor progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or a related coordination role.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools in a professional environment.
• Location: Mexico City–based candidates (roles begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the office space is established).
