What you will do

• Manage the technical onboarding of new and existing customers into new markets and products.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to customize specific products for clients.
• Own the technical relationship with customers and monitor integration progress to ensure success.
• Develop deep product knowledge to guarantee service quality and help maximize revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
• 4+ years of experience in technical account management or similar positions.
• Proficiency in working with APIs and the ability to explain them to third parties.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in one of the specified cities in LATAM.
