What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent AI and technology-related projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, business, operations, and client stakeholders) and run project meetings, status updates, and workshops.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, priorities, and delivery commitments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, issues, and potential roadblocks; drive accountability across teams.
• Track project health and delivery effectiveness using performance metrics and support continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology services, consulting, SaaS, managed services, software delivery, or digital transformation environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Strong client-facing experience managing stakeholder expectations and building trust.
• Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing AI, data, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
