What you will do

• Develop project plans, milestones, and implementation timelines for 80/20 initiatives.
• Track progress, maintain action logs, and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Perform business and financial analysis to track initiative costs, benefits, and value realization.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and project outcomes.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and professional communications for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and gather inputs for execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, operations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple workstreams.
• Financial acumen, including experience with budgets and business case analysis.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends for decision-making.
• Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
