What you will do

• Develop customized BVAs and ROI analyses based on customer priorities, benchmarks, and hirify.global value drivers.
• Analyze customer data to model TCO, risk reduction, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, product, and customer success teams to align value models with outcomes.
• Build scalable value frameworks, assumptions libraries, and tools for BVA delivery across regions.
• Present insights to senior executives internally and externally.
• Contribute thought leadership on data security's business impact.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in management consulting, finance, value engineering, or strategic pre-sales in SaaS/cybersecurity
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficient in Excel and ROI/TCO analyses
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging executives
• Understanding of data security, risk, or compliance (GRC, privacy, cloud security preferred)
• Strong collaboration and project management across teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to have

• Experience with CISOs, CIOs, or CFOs on tech investments
• Familiarity with enterprise value frameworks (Forrester TEI, Gartner, etc.)
