What you will do

• Execute demand generation campaigns including inbound lead qualification and prospecting.
• Engage with sales inquiries and online chats to qualify leads as sales-ready.
• Contact potential customers through strategic calls and emails.
• Build trusting relationships with prospects through regular email touchpoints.
• Identify client needs and position appropriate products or services.
• Manage and maintain data quality within the NetSuite CRM system.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Jacksonville, FL.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing and sales.
• Minimum of four years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written, interpersonal, and phone communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
