What you will do

• Build, maintain, and automate macOS workstation images.
• Manage macOS endpoints using JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Integrate macOS images with VDI, EDR, authentication, logging, and security tools.
• Configure and support FileVault, recovery-key escrow, and hardware-backed authentication.
• Support image version control, rollback planning, and formal change-control processes.
• Ensure endpoint solutions meet strict audit, governance, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance is required.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, endpoint, or cybersecurity.
• 6+ years of engineering experience (help desk experience alone does not qualify).
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining macOS workstation images.
• Proficiency with JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and FileVault.
• Experience working under formal change control, audit, and governance processes.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• JAMF or Apple certifications.
• Experience with Intune for macOS and endpoint logging into Microsoft Sentinel.
