TL;DR
JAMF Engineer (macOS/Endpoint Management): Supporting the administration, deployment, and optimization of Apple macOS endpoint management solutions for a Federal Government customer with an accent on JAMF Pro environments and security compliance. Focus on macOS device provisioning, policy management, and automation to ensure alignment with federal cybersecurity standards.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Federal contractor role requiring US-based work and clearance eligibility).

What you will do
- Administer and maintain JAMF Pro environments for enterprise macOS devices.
- Configure Mac enrollment workflows using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
- Develop and maintain JAMF policies, configuration profiles, and automated workflows.
- Package and deploy software and OS updates for macOS endpoints.
- Integrate JAMF with enterprise identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.
- Provide Tier II/III support for JAMF-related incidents and service requests.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain federal customer clearance.
- 3+ years of experience administering JAMF Pro in an enterprise environment.
- Experience managing macOS devices at scale.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or Shell.
- Knowledge of macOS administration, security, and endpoint management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Federal Government agencies and FISMA/NIST 800-53 compliance.
- Experience integrating JAMF Pro with Microsoft Intune.
- JAMF certifications (Associate, Technician, Admin, or Expert).
- CompTIA Security+ or ITIL Foundation certification.
