What you will do
- Execute account expansion strategies for Senior Living clients, focusing on upsell and multi-solution adoption.
- Identify growth opportunities using CRM data and usage insights to build a robust expansion pipeline.
- Manage quota-based growth targets, specifically targeting expansion ARR and MRR growth.
- Align managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and EHR support solutions with client operational needs.
- Conduct strategic business reviews focused on performance insights and expansion planning.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to unlock new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or growth-focused roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Experience owning revenue targets tied to account expansion.
- Experience in Senior Care, Senior Living, or regulated healthcare environments strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong executive presence to influence stakeholders and drive strategic conversations.
