What you will do

  • Execute account expansion strategies for Senior Living clients, focusing on upsell and multi-solution adoption.
  • Identify growth opportunities using CRM data and usage insights to build a robust expansion pipeline.
  • Manage quota-based growth targets, specifically targeting expansion ARR and MRR growth.
  • Align managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and EHR support solutions with client operational needs.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews focused on performance insights and expansion planning.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to unlock new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or growth-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience owning revenue targets tied to account expansion.
  • Experience in Senior Care, Senior Living, or regulated healthcare environments strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong executive presence to influence stakeholders and drive strategic conversations.
