What you will do

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Present and promote genetic testing products and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage sales pipeline and territory activity using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Experience in genetic testing or diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
