Compensation: $144,000 – $170,000 (OTE) + Equity + Commission

hirify.global is building an AI Operating System for healthcare, integrating ambient AI, intelligent agents, and autonomous revenue cycle management to transform clinical documentation and financial workflows.

What you will do

  • Close new business through relationship-based field sales strategies.
  • Evangelize the combined hirify.global and Athelas platform story to prospective healthcare organizations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Align technical solutions with specific business objectives and prospect needs.
  • Manage and overcome complex prospect objections throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with account teams to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current or previous medical license (MD, DO, PA, NP, PT, OT, RN).
  • Demonstrated success in a tech sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and penetrate new markets.
  • Experience working with quota and commission-based compensation structures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
