TL;DR

Location: Remote. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm CST

hirify.global is supporting a growing cabinetry manufacturing and distribution business expanding its B2B dealer and showroom network.

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume B2B outbound prospecting via cold calls, SMS, and email.
  • Identify and qualify potential showroom and retail partners in second and third-tier cities.
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists based on specific geographic and industry criteria.
  • Develop and refine outreach scripts, messaging, and cadence strategies.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics within the CRM.
  • Provide structured market feedback to refine targeting and messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B outbound sales experience (non-negotiable).
  • Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, or business development.
  • Professional English communication skills and strong phone presence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily outreach targets.
  • Experience in lead research and utilizing prospecting tools.
  • Ability to maintain a non-pushy, consultative sales style.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cabinetry, construction materials, home improvement, or interior fit-out industries.
  • Familiarity with dealer/distributor sales models or showroom partnerships.
  • Previous experience working with North American or Canadian markets.
