What you will do

  • Generate high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via phone, email, and personalized communication.
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting (80% of the role) targeting salons, spas, and MedSpas.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled discovery calls or product demos (20% of the role).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align on target markets, key accounts, and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, averaging 250+ calls per week.
  • Position the product as a growth platform by staying informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA to be eligible for benefits and employment.
  • 1+ years of B2B or sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Confident communication skills and a results-oriented hunter mindset.
  • Strong time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Experience or familiarity within the beauty and wellness space.
