What you will do
- Greet guests, handle incoming mail/packages, and distribute company-wide announcements.
- Manage inventory and order office, kitchen, and shipping supplies while maintaining office equipment.
- Coordinate office socials and internal events.
- Support the recruiting team by greeting and managing candidates during on-site interviews.
- Assist with corporate-wide initiatives and other administrative support tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle high confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
