What you will do

• Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle to map client needs to hirify.global's solutions.
• Lead discovery, technical workshops, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) design in collaboration with Sales and Data Science.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to influence product development based on market feedback.
• Provide deep domain expertise in identity verification, fraud risk, and compliance for regulated industries.
• Mentor junior Solution Consultants and establish team best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in professional services, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically with data-driven or ML-enabled platforms.
• Strong technical acumen in APIs, cloud-based platforms, RDBMS, and ML/DS concepts.
• Deep expertise in risk, fraud, or compliance domains within financial services, fintech, gaming, or wireless.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, BSA, and USA PATRIOT Act.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Washington DC.
