Compensation: $225K β $315K OTE, plus Equity and Commission

What you will do
- Own the SE organization end-to-end, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retention of a high-performing team.
- Design and execute enablement programs to transition candidates from finance and accounting backgrounds into world-class technical sellers.
- Provide executive-level support on high-stakes sales opportunities and guide the team through complex sales cycles.
- Build and ship AI-powered workflows to improve demo processes and scale team impact without simply increasing headcount.
- Represent the voice of the field to Product and Engineering to advocate for roadmap priorities based on customer insights.
- Establish core SE infrastructure, including qualification criteria, demo standards, compensation structures, and career ladders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and leading SE teams at a SaaS company, ideally in a high-growth or early-stage environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop talent from non-traditional SE backgrounds (e.g., finance, accounting, consulting).
- Hands-on experience using AI to optimize team workflows and scale operational impact.
- Must be based in or work in person in New York or San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into finance buyers, such as Controllers, VPs of Finance, or CFOs.
- Background in fintech, accounting software, or financial close technology.
- Experience building SE org infrastructure from scratch, including onboarding and certification standards.
