What you will do

• Provide financial, contract, and administrative analysis for complex client projects.
• Support financial review and funding analysis, including underwriting and data analytics.
• Interpret benchmark data and present insights to align program changes with client objectives.
• Manage project timelines, quality, and deliverables while delegating tasks to junior team members.
• Coordinate internal specialty resources and manage the RFP process with health insurance carriers.
• Establish and maintain carrier and vendor relationships to support plan implementation and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in health & benefits, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to present effectively to stakeholders.
