What you will do

• Apply change management frameworks to guide clients through large-scale technology transformations.
• Lead OCM work streams including organizational alignment, communications, training, and value realization.
• Develop and execute communication plans specifically tailored for AI and real-time technology implementations.
• Assess the impact of transformations on organizational structures and roles to maximize adoption.
• Build and utilize Value Frameworks to quantify organizational benefits and align them with revenue reporting.
• Design and deliver training programs to equip users with skills needed for new AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in change management or organizational development focused on technology implementations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing value frameworks, organizational reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing leadership role.
• Experience supporting large-scale change initiatives for Marketing platform projects.
• Strong familiarity with AI and real-time technologies and their B2B/B2C applications.
