What you will do

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives focused on governance, operating models, and portfolio management.
• Partner with executive sponsors to define transformation objectives, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Redesign portfolio governance frameworks and prioritization models to improve organizational accountability.
• Design future-state operating models that enable scalability, agility, and improved business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance operational effectiveness and governance.
• Drive organizational alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout complex transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic transformation, management consulting, or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and translating business objectives into execution plans.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting or advisory services for large enterprise organizations.
• Knowledge of AI governance principles and responsible AI practices.
• Experience within construction, capital programs, or real estate development industries.
• Certifications such as Prosci, PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
