Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end partner pipeline from prospecting to active production.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies across providers, clinics, and community organizations.
- Directly oversee Member Acquisition Specialists' field activity and execution to maximize enrollment.
- Build sustainable referral pathways and maintain strong relationships with community leaders.
- Analyze performance data, conversion trends, and partner productivity to optimize growth strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or field sales.
- Proven success in performance-driven environments with accountability for referral growth.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including referral ecosystems and provider dynamics.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Experience with ECM, CalAIM, Medicaid, or community-based care models.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
- Existing relationships within healthcare and community referral ecosystems.
