TL;DR

Account Executive (Medtech): Driving sales and product immersion of the TherOx Super Saturated Oxygen Therapy system within hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) with an accent on capital and disposable sales. Focus on building C-suite relationships, executing tactical business plans, and expanding the presence of cardiac management solutions in the assigned US territory.

Location: Remote within CA, NV, AZ, and UT. Requires 100% daily travel in assigned territory.

Salary: $125,000 (Base) - $270,000 (At plan)

What you will do

  • Manage capital and disposable sales processes to maximize product immersion in hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
  • Build strategic relationships with physicians, nursing leadership, and C-suite administrators to drive TherOx adoption.
  • Develop and execute tactical business plans to proliferate institutions of influence within the assigned geography.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on sales plans, customer education, and training programs.
  • Drive growth for the SS02 Therapy System, including consoles and disposables.
  • Coordinate and participate in medical meetings, trade shows, conferences, and workshops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of successful selling experience in US healthcare markets or equivalent medical sales/cardiac nursing experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and credentialing required.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and maintain a presence at the C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated success selling systems and solutions to healthcare administrative levels.
  • Ability to travel 100% daily within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree.
  • Extensive experience selling into complex hospital systems and IDNs.
  • Sales experience in emerging medical technology or a startup environment.
