TL;DR

Location: Onsite in New York City

Compensation: $125,000 – $145,000 OTE + Equity

hirify.global is a healthcare technology startup building agentic patient orchestration platforms to automate complex intake and authorization workflows.

What you will do

  • Conduct structured discovery to identify and quantify operational inefficiencies in patient processing.
  • Deliver highly customized product demonstrations tailored to specific prospect pain points.
  • Architect and build proof-of-concept environments using the platform to demonstrate clear business value.
  • Create detailed current and future state process maps to visualize workflow improvements.
  • Partner with Account Executives to manage deal strategy, stakeholder engagement, and technical closing.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for operational and clinical leadership.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a technical customer-facing B2B SaaS role.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency with software configuration, APIs, and sandbox environment management.
  • Security and compliance fluency, including the ability to interpret SOC 2 reports and technical controls.
  • Strong technical foundation, with a CS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to build credibility with both technical stakeholders and non-technical operational buyers.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York City.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare verticals such as DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home health.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment.
