Location: Must reside in the Dallas, TX area (Hybrid: field work at least 3 days per week)
Salary: $137,700 – $153,900 per year

What you will do
- Drive growth of sold providers and subsequent patient demand within the assigned territory.
- Own the full sales cycle, utilizing lead lists for aggressive outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing.
- Manage all in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2-hour radius of the major metro.
- Maintain remote selling strategies for assigned accounts outside the immediate local geography.
- Collaborate within a high-velocity, 0-to-1 startup environment to scale provider networks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience carrying a quota in outbound sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
- 2+ years of experience independently self-sourcing a sales pipeline through outbound channels and cold calling.
- Proven success managing full-cycle deals independently and navigating complex objections.
- Must currently reside in the Dallas, TX area with reliable transportation to support up to 50% local travel.
- Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
- English: Proficiency required for engaging providers and practice staff.
