What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, Recruiters, and business leaders on hiring, promotions, and workforce planning.
- Lead market pricing and benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay across global markets.
- Own and evolve the job architecture framework, including job families, career levels, and salary structures.
- Develop dashboards and self-service reporting to transform workforce data into actionable insights.
- Leverage AI and analytics tools to automate reporting and identify workforce trends.
- Present market insights and recommendations to leadership through clear business narratives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, market pricing, and job architecture.
- Proven expertise in using compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies.
- Strong partnership skills with experience supporting HRBPs and business leaders.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience managing compensation programs across multiple countries and global markets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
