Compensation Analyst (Night Shift)

Location: Hybrid in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines (2-3 days a week in-hub)

What you will do

• Execute compensation strategies and maintain processes for data gathering and analytics.
• Analyze global base pay market positioning and salary ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain job architecture, including creating job codes and evaluating changing roles.
• Conduct compensation surveys and analyze competitive salary information.
• Administer corporate bonus plans and support annual salary planning and focal promotion processes.
• Collaborate with business applications groups to maintain data integrity and reporting analytics.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in compensation or related business roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems.
• Knowledge of job evaluation/classification theory and compensation practices.
• Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work night shifts in the Philippines.
