What you will do

  • Own a closed-won revenue number by identifying and closing opportunities within target industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans based on industry trends and the employee hirify.globalefits landscape.
  • Engage in consultative selling to identify prospect pain points and tailor platform demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a full-cycle closing sales role, specifically within software sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing pipelines and hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience selling deals in the $10k-$100k range.
  • Proficiency with sales technology such as CRM, prospecting platforms, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment.
