What you will do
- Own a closed-won revenue number by identifying and closing opportunities within target industries.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans based on industry trends and the employee efits landscape.
- Engage in consultative selling to identify prospect pain points and tailor platform demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and C-suite executives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a full-cycle closing sales role, specifically within software sales.
- Demonstrated track record of managing pipelines and hitting revenue targets.
- Experience selling deals in the $10k-$100k range.
- Proficiency with sales technology such as CRM, prospecting platforms, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment.
