What you will do
- Facilitate learning experiences focused on communication, feedback, performance, and leadership.
- Coordinate talent enablement programs, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
- Develop learning materials, guides, templates, and internal documentation to simplify complex concepts.
- Manage learning platform activities such as course creation, enrollment, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to identify learning needs and recommend effective enablement strategies.
- Iterate on learning formats and communication approaches based on learner feedback and insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in L&D, talent enablement, training, or education.
- Proven experience facilitating learning for diverse audiences in virtual, in-person, or hybrid settings.
- Ability to transform complex concepts into engaging and practical learning materials.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and learning experience design.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
- Background in administering learning platforms (LMS) or digital self-paced learning.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French.
