What you will do

• Facilitate learning experiences focused on communication, feedback, performance, and leadership.
• Coordinate talent enablement programs, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
• Develop learning materials, guides, templates, and internal documentation to simplify complex concepts.
• Manage learning platform activities such as course creation, enrollment, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Talent team to identify learning needs and recommend effective enablement strategies.
• Iterate on learning formats and communication approaches based on learner feedback and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in L&D, talent enablement, training, or education.
• Proven experience facilitating learning for diverse audiences in virtual, in-person, or hybrid settings.
• Ability to transform complex concepts into engaging and practical learning materials.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and learning experience design.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
• Background in administering learning platforms (LMS) or digital self-paced learning.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French.
