Senior Manager, Talent Development & Learning (HR/L&D): Leading global talent management and leadership development programs for a legal AI company with an accent on AI fluency and organizational growth. Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto (Canada)
Salary: $129,200 – $193,800 CAD

What you will do
- Lead a high-performing team of TD&L professionals, focusing on mentorship and functional bench strength.
- Oversee global talent management programs, including annual Talent Systems Cycles, promotion cycles, 360 Feedback, and Succession Planning.
- Optimize the Global Onboarding Experience to ensure cultural integration and minimize time-to-productivity.
- Guide the launch and integration of Leadership Behaviours and design development programs for key talent and senior leaders.
- Build AI capability across the business by designing enablement programs and integrating AI fluency into performance management.
- Manage learning infrastructure, including LMS, content strategy, and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR or Talent Development experience in organizations with 2,000+ employees.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, and career development program design.
- Experience leading learning experience designers and managing LMS and course authoring tools.
- Hands-on AI fluency and experience using AI tools to rethink workflows.
- Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.

- Experience leading Talent Development & Learning in hypergrowth tech.
- Experience building AI capability and integrating AI into performance evaluations.
- Experience with Workday HRIS or similar enterprise systems.
