Location: Lisle, IL; Geographies: U.S. and Canada (Travel up to 20%)
Salary: $215,800 – $283,290 annual base pay range

What you will do
- Serve as an enterprise-level strategic business partner to senior leadership for frontline operations across the U.S. and Canada.
- Accelerate transformation by shaping organizational design, simplifying structures and decision paths, and embedding execution discipline.
- Lead leadership effectiveness and capability building, coaching leaders to strengthen clarity, accountability, empowerment, and performance.
- Drive organizational development and workforce planning, including end-to-end multi-district change programs.
- Own culture, engagement, DEI, and belonging initiatives, translating complex strategy into repeatable narratives for frontline audiences.
- Lead and participate in governance and policy/decision-making committees; manage a team of 2 senior leaders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive and successful Human Resources experience (or 12+ years equivalent experience), preferably in a multinational company.
- Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Laws and experience working within them.
- Strong organization design, workforce planning, and capability development experience, including driving multi-district change programs.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize workforce, engagement, performance, and business data (e.g., Workday, BI, engagement tools) into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead projects across business units and lead others through change in a matrix organization.
- Ability to travel up to 20% across the U.S. and Canada.

Hiring process
