What you will do

• Design and maintain technical certification programs and onboarding curricula for Sales, CS, Services, and Partner teams.
• Develop a library of technical assets including eLearning, playbooks, and demo scripts using AI-assisted tools.
• Translate complex platform concepts, architecture, and new product releases into field-ready content.
• Define and track enablement KPIs such as time-to-productivity, learner engagement, and field performance metrics.
• Champion AI best practices by developing adoption playbooks and modeling AI tool usage for GTM teams.
• Establish structured feedback loops with field teams to identify content gaps and improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, sales engineering, or product training within a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into content for non-technical audiences.
• Experience building technical certification programs and managing blended learning experiences.
• Proficiency with enablement tech stacks including LMS/LXP, Salesforce, Gong, and AI-assisted authoring tools.
• Demonstrated experience embedding AI tools into daily workflows and training others on adoption.

• Familiarity with modern web development workflows.
