What you will do

• Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats.
• Facilitate learning through discussion, real-world scenarios, and guided practice rather than scripted presentations.
• Adapt facilitation strategies in real-time based on learner dynamics, questions, and observed knowledge gaps.
• Partner with AI and enablement teams to integrate AI-assisted tools for personalized learning and content intelligence.
• Measure training success through adoption metrics, behavioral change, and confidence signals.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and SMEs to refine training materials based on facilitation insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience delivering high-impact, live training to professional or technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory and facilitation-based instructional strategies.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance training effectiveness and learner insight.
• Must be based in the US and willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
