What you will do

• Supervise, train, and assist a team of 4-6 field service engineers and technicians.
• Perform complex troubleshooting, specialized tests, and inspections on electrical apparatus and systems.
• Lead large-scale projects, including generator acceptance tests and substation commissioning.
• Manage job estimating, proposal preparation, scheduling, and billing.
• Handle client interface and business development activities.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and process project billing.

Requirements

• Electrical Technical School/Military degree + 9 years exp OR High school + 10 years exp.
• Factory certification on Core hirify.global (Liebert) UPS and critical infrastructure products.
• Deep knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution, Generators, Switchgear, and Automatic Transfer Switches.
• Strong understanding of National Electrical Code, OSHA, and NFPA standards.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass drug/background checks.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship will be provided.
