What you will do

• Directly supervise and mentor Construction Managers to improve team performance and delivery.
• Oversee a portfolio of project sites to ensure safe execution and quality installation within project budgets.
• Implement and audit Beta’s Safety Program and OSHA regulations to maintain strict compliance.
• Manage CM training, certifications, and daily operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on budget updates, scheduling, and procurement activities.
• Provide temporary site supervision during rotations or when a CM is unavailable.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Pineville, Louisiana
• Travel: Ability to travel roughly 90% of the time to various project sites
• 5+ years of experience as a high voltage substation or overhead electrical line supervisor/foreman.
• Proficiency in reading technical plans and drawings.
• Clean driving record and valid license required for the use of a company vehicle
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.

• PMP certification.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
