Salary: $110,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients to ensure reliable project delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Review team deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project schedules.
• Partner with project managers to define scope, manage budgets, and mitigate project risks.
• Act as a Seller-Doer by contributing technical insights to proposals and supporting account growth.
• Provide field support, troubleshooting, and engineering observation during construction and commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience in industrial, oil & gas, or power systems environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical work and mentor engineering staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Ability to travel 15–25% for project needs.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) or FE certification.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Experience in Power Delivery, Substations, and Power Engineering.
