What you will do

• Ensure optimal availability of critical electrical assets and systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance regimes, including MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs.
• Lead small to medium-scale engineering projects and facility initiatives.
• Review and approve risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for contractors.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system failures to drive long-term reliability.
• Represent operations during technical handovers and commissioning of new facilities.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant engineering experience, with 5+ years in data centers or critical environments preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design, maintenance, and operation of electrical systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage third-party experts and complex technical projects.
• Results-oriented mindset with high accountability and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is preferred, though equivalent experience is considered.
