What you will do

• Monitor all engineering assets and ensure compliance with site policies and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors to oversee planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
• Manage incident reporting, root cause analysis, and escalation procedures.
• Perform audits on critical systems including ISO 9000, 14000, 27000, and 55000 standards.
• Provide detailed end-of-shift reports and contribute to technical improvement discussions.
• Ensure shift engineers adhere to health and safety protocols, including PTW and isolation systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Aldie, Virginia.
• Multi-skilled background in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Specific knowledge of high/medium voltage switchgear, UPS, PDUs, CRACs, cooling towers, and generators.
• Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams and navigate building automation systems.
• Strong safety mindset with experience in HSE, PTW, and RAMS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with leadership capabilities.
