Location: Must be based in Northern California

Salary: $112,500–$170,000

What you will do

  • Identify and secure new enterprise and commercial customers to expand market presence.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial prospecting to final contract closure.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engage effectively with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Translate customer pain points into compelling business cases and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align internal resources and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment in enterprise or commercial markets.
  • Must be based in Northern California with willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience selling to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing opportunities and pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into fleet operations, energy, CRE, or automotive industries.
  • Familiarity with EV infrastructure, sustainability technologies, or energy policy and incentives.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, RFQs, and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Background in collaborating with channel or partner-led sales motions.
