Salary: $124,800 - $187,200

What you will do

• Architect, design, and maintain embedded systems for patient monitoring platforms.
• Apply engineering standards and procedures throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to translate user needs into technical product features.
• Utilize knowledge of human physiology to inform design decisions and system tradeoffs.
• Ensure product alignment with clinical use cases and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience (or Master's with 2+ years).
• Demonstrated experience in embedded software design and implementation.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Ability to work effectively in a local and global team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical device development, FDA, and MDR regulations.
• Knowledge of IEC 62304 standards and safety risk management (SFMEA).
• Proficiency in embedded C, Python, and DevOps practices.
• Experience utilizing AI for software and unit test development.
• Digital circuit design knowledge.
