What you will do

• Oversee nursing department operations and laboratory compliance across multiple locations.
• Ensure accurate medication administration and daily reconciliation of inventory per DEA standards.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, hospitals, and community healthcare providers.
• Manage nursing staff schedules, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct internal program audits, including patient records and dispensing logs.
• Facilitate training and orientation for new nursing and medical assistant team members.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN licensure required.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment and opioid addiction recovery.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple sites.
• Excellent math, reading, and computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective, timely decisions.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Las Vegas and Reno areas.
