What you will do

• Serve as a clinical and operational leader for Women’s and Children’s health programs.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and subject matter expertise to the clinical team.
• Partner with management to align priorities and drive day-to-day operational success.
• Perform quality audits and provide feedback to ensure clinical and technical standards are met.
• Act as a liaison between members, providers, and internal departments to coordinate care.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must hold a current, active Tennessee license in Nursing (RN), Masters level Social Work (LMSW), or an Allied Health Services degree.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience or relevant work experience in case management or allied health.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in the USA and eligible to work without sponsorship.
