What you will do

  • Oversee provider performance, documentation quality, and risk adjustment accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Nurse Practitioners through regular touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, and Operations to refine clinical workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with HCC and MEAT documentation standards.
  • Review team schedules, visit volumes, and performance dashboards to ensure operational success.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted license.
  • 5–7 years of clinical NP experience, including at least 2 years in direct people leadership.
  • Strong command of HCC coding, risk adjustment, and MEAT documentation standards.
  • Proven ability to lead remote teams and drive accountability.
  • Technologically proficient with EMRs, dashboards, and communication tools.
  • Must be based in the United States and able to pass a national background check.

Nice to have

  • Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) credential.
  • Experience in value-based care, home-based care, or virtual primary care.
