What you will do

• Define multi-year technical strategies and roadmaps in partnership with Engineering and Product teams.
• Program manage strategic non-functional initiatives, including technical debt, capacity planning, and architecture scaling.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of platform features from technical design to implementation and release.
• Establish frameworks for cross-team collaboration and articulate the platform's enterprise narrative.
• Lead communications to secure buy-in and consensus across engineering and business leadership.
• Implement solutions prioritizing automation over manual effort to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management within a fast-paced SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to manage perpetual programs with a rolling roadmap.
• Experience delivering results across complex, cross-functional programs.
• Fluency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or Smartsheet.
• Must be based in the US.
