Salary: $60,000 — $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, internal teams, and external partners such as Adobe across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project planning, scope management, timelines, governance, and resource coordination.
• Manage day-to-day delivery activities, including status tracking, risk mitigation, and change management.
• Support financial forecasting, budget oversight, and resource reporting.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring quality and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of experience in project management, client services, or delivery leadership.
• Strong familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, AJO, and/or Workfront).
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, and project governance.
• Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting and budget management.
• Ability to travel up to 60% annually.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL (Hybrid setup).
