What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI solutions including LLM workflows, RAG systems, and human-in-the-loop tooling for risk operations.
• Drive a portfolio of 8–10 concurrent projects, including multi-year initiatives, from design to deployment.
• Apply DMAIC and Six Sigma lean principles to re-architect workflows and unlock step-change improvements.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate operational requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Embed governance, model risk, and compliance reviews into every AI deployment.
• Lead change management and adoption strategies for AI tools across large-scale operator teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading operational, process excellence, or AI/automation initiatives in fintech or financial services.
• Green Belt certification or equivalent in DMAIC/Six Sigma required; Black Belt preferred.
• Strong understanding of fintech risk regulations (BSA/AML, Reg E, NACHA, CFPB, KYC).
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 8–10 projects without continuous manager intervention.
• Working knowledge of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, RAG, prompt design) and their application in regulated environments.
• Masterful verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive-level communication.
