What you will do

• Build and manage strategic client relationships across Germany and Europe, focusing on retention and growth.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Risk Managers, CISOs, and executive decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted advisor by aligning cyber insurance solutions with client business needs.
• Lead stewardship and account review meetings to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Allianz and key account managers to identify and support cross-sell initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in account management or relationship management within commercial insurance.
• Fluent in both German and English (C1 level required).
• Proven success managing strategic client or partner relationships in the insurance market.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Strong commercial judgment and understanding of the commercial insurance landscape.
• Must be based in Germany with a willingness to travel across Europe as required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Allianz or other multinational insurers and brokers.
• Knowledge of cyber insurance or technology E&O insurance.
• Experience supporting multinational or pan-European clients.
• Established network within the German commercial insurance market.
