What you will do
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the German insurance sector.
- Manage the full sales pipeline and identify new market opportunities.
- Coordinate internal teams, including consultants and senior management, to support client needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Represent the company at industry events and build long-term customer relationships.
- Drive modernization of existing accounts and unlock cross-selling potential for cloud and platform solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Several years of professional sales experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition.
- Understanding of complex data products, risk, actuarial, and fraud domains.
- Collaborative mindset for working with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Content expertise and an existing network in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like Miller Heiman, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Experience in data and software-related sales (SaaS and Cloud).
