What you will do

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the German insurance sector.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline and identify new market opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal teams, including consultants and senior management, to support client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Drive modernization of existing accounts and unlock cross-selling potential for cloud and platform solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Several years of professional sales experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition.
  • Understanding of complex data products, risk, actuarial, and fraud domains.
  • Collaborative mindset for working with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Content expertise and an existing network in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Miller Heiman, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Experience in data and software-related sales (SaaS and Cloud).
